We believe in sourcing locally as well as taking care of our Aina. We get our product from local farmers, butchers, fishermen and suppliers to source what we can from our Island. We use eco friendly food packing products to minimize our impact on our environment.
Why Rebel?
We chose to be rebels for following our dreams. We were a couple of kids with a dream of opening our own restaurant, after years of planning and saving we made the move and in 2011 Rebel Kitchen was born. From day one our goal was to make real food packed with flavor, made with love, and to be a place for the community. We are a true “mom & pop” business, meaning we do everything ourselves. By popular demand we have expanded into making condiments so that you take the flavors of Rebel Kitchen home with you.
